I am a formerly incarcerated individual who served over 30 years in juvenile halls, youth correctional facilities, and state prisons. I experienced institutionalized discrimination, oppression, and human degradation at its worst. However, I refused to allow my circumstances to define me and neither should you. 

I used my time to gain skills that will serve you well. I studied the law and became effective at helping many incarcerated individuals obtain justice through the courts. Simply put, my journey fuels my commitment to advocacy and legal support.

I now want to make my skills available to you by providing independent paralegal services on a contract basis. I specialize in parole hearing preparation, appellate briefing, criminal defense, postconviction litigation, civil rights litigation, personal injury, torts, and administrative law.
